Meet the Staff     Jim     Sharil     Trudi     Sonya     Katie     Melinda     Melody     Casey & Leo

Jim Follman, PhDc., LMHC, CDP, NCAC I Licensed Mental Health Counselor Chemical Dependency Professional James H. Follman, Ph. D. candidate, began working at the Follman Agency in 1993. He is a licensed mental health counselor, national and state certified chemical dependency counselor, domestic violence perpetrator counselor and recently began working as a gambling addiction counselor. He holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees(Western Washington University, Eastern Washington University), a Master's degree (City University) and is currently working on a dissertation to complete a doctoral degree at Walden University. He employs a cognitive/behavioral approach to treating clients and has a special interest in hypnotherapy.   Sharil Follman, M.A., LMHC, CDP, NCGC-I, CPGC-II Licensed Mental Health Counselor Chemical Dependency Professional Sharil Follman is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Chemical Dependency Professional, National Certified Gambling Counselor - Level 1 and State Certified Problem Gambling Counselor Level II. She provides individual and couples counseling utilizing cognitive/behavioural strategies and mindfulness training. She is also the Administrator of the Follman Agency.   Trudi Sathern, CDPT Chemical Dependency Professional Intern Registered Counselor Trudi is a Certified Chemical Dependency Professional Trainee. I enjoy working with individuals, group counseling and the Alcohol and Drug Information School (ADIS) on the first Saturday of each month. It was my passion to work with alcoholics and addicts, ever since I began recovery in Juneau, Alaska on Sept. 1, 1986.   Sonya Lohr, BS, CDPT Chemical Dependency Professional Intern Registered Counselor Sonya Lohr is a Certified Chemical Dependency Professional Trainee. She completed her BS in Social Sciences at Washington State University in 2006 and is currently working on her Masters in Addiction Counseling.
